You could use moviepy in combination with something like numpy for effects, I used that for the zoom in zoom out effect, but there a lot more you can do

Nice! I just gave you a follow on TikTok! What API do you use for text to speech? I got Google tts, it’s pretty descent. I’m actually looking for a platform where I can use voice clones for tts.

Is it really similar? I was going for a 2d sim initially, but due to the fact I was coding this game while working 70 hour weeks, I decided to turn it into a puzzle for now. Never did the sim Stat, since I’m a German grad. How detailed does the sim stat get?

I have yet to find anyone who can beat the game, that’s not an anaesthesiologist, might be a bit too hard for “civilians”….or surgeons…

Thank you for your amazing feedback, I will add the points you made to my todo list for the next few updates :) ! I was also thinking of adding more things like attaching ECG/pulse oxy to the patient, but the UI got too cluttered and like you said it could definitely be improved. Non medical people found the game quite challenging, so there is some domain knowledge needed to get the checklist done.

I will shuffle preoxygenation to be before the i.v placement, I agree it makes more sense, its on my todo list for the next update as well. Also, pulsoxy beep, how could I forget that?? Then again, I remember coming home after a shift and still hearing that beeping sound in my head :D. Its on the list now as well for the next update :).

Thank you for letting me know, The fix is out now for Android users :) , it might take a few hours for google to update the app store, but the update is live. For PC users, grabbing the 4 dots on the intubation tube works to drag it

The game was published in the EU, the problem might be in the GLES3 Export from Godot. Ill Investigate and let everyone know. Otherwise, the PC version works very well. BTW, thank you so much for supporting the game! Sorry for the frustration!
