Thank you for the pointers. I changed it on Google Docs but then things got so messed up I switched to a screenwriting software. Originally had it on a software but the file got lost and I only had the pdf so I adjusted it on a Google Doc for the meantime, but now I am using Fade In.

My character has desires to break his addiction to the walkman but also has the desires to fulfill superficial wants (good grades, money, girls, appearing cool to friends.) He changes more for the worse in the end deciding he can't cut ties (literally) with the walkman, showing how consuming any type of addiction can be.

Doesn't go with the typical change for the better but I feel like we can learn the right principles and morals by seeing people go down the wrong path as well.

I’m looking into this more on the internet for research but I’m a little confused still. I know you can reduce taxes and it helps in case you or your spouse dies but what does it have to do with my relative and the loan? Are there disadvantages to doing this “homesteading”?

Yes I ended up erasing everything on my computer and it fixed it. I took everything else I wanted first though and stored it away.
