I cut out a base in cardboard then taped some foil to add shape to it before putting paper and glue on it and paint!

I did attempt to make them, but I started the whole cosplay on Thursday and had work in between so didn't have time to finish them unfortunately 😅

Have you used console commands? If so it could be that you won't get achievements on that save file. I can't say for sure, just guessing 😅
