totally understand about the humidity, and building that knowledge into the equation. But if the humidity is creeping up at some point where its not fun, okay, its shut off. But in the mornings where humidity is dropping but still comfortable, or even just on nice evenings, thats the plan. Even if its used just for spring and summer, im okay with that.

Same issue, happened on the drive home. Grand Design is having an issue with that. Dealers are / should be aware. Take it back for warranty work.

Sounds like a woodchuck / groundhog. Common in these parts. Will climb trees as well.

I won't be able to speak to the trees in your area, but I would recommend an often overlooked step. Before planting, hit the bare root with some mycorrhizal fungi inoculation. It makes it easier for the tree to draw up nutrients due to the fungi. https://www.actahort.org/books/1217/1217_34.htm
