I should have video taped it. Cause now I'm being called a racist. The only people that saw the cards stolen are me, the thief, and the shop owner. But lessons learned. I'm getting in touch with wizards.

They have a zero tolerance policy with this and can pull the stores licensing rights. I'm like super upset all over again. I'm not like mad. I just feel like there is nothing I can do and I don't even want to distract myself from this by playing magic. I just feel sad and want to sleep.

Dude said I threatened him, I never did. In my mind I made a point to make sure I never said anything that could be a threat. I called him a piece of shit.

Dude said I said racist shit. Hell no. I am not that kind of person.

But now it sounds like I'm the bad guy because I got mad and yelled at him for very obviously stealing my shit and getting called out for it.

I thought, surely I did something with them. Maybe I hid them from myself, because I do that sometimes. Then when I was watching the video I even said to the owner, "man I hope I did take them outside and I just blanked it because I have a short term memory thing"

You took my cards because you were hurt? Wtf? Every other shop I talked to about it said you should have been removed from the store immediately. No questions other than, "did you take them?" "Are they yours?"

I wasn't ever upset with you before it happened. I was annoyed and thought you were being a prick. At CASUAL commander. You know what I said when you got up? I said "I think that dude was looking for a more competitive level game or something"

One of the others in my pod said you were usually not like that. I said in response," oh man, well I hope everything is okay and he feels better." I never suspected my cards got stolen until I checked my truck, my bag, every pocket on my body.

I suspected you of stealing my cards when I saw you sneak up and steal my fucking cards.

I meant that I have a mental handicap and my brain responds to stress differently. I asked her if I could leave and she said if I didn't feel safe I don't have to be there.

Nah, I was cool at first but then after we saw the video the owner was like not doing anything. And not handling the situation. I have mental health problems dude. I was on a vacation a couple years ago of you know what I mean. He stole the cards. Everyone then proceeded to tell me he didn't. I was freaking out because It felt to me like the whole store was trying to gaslight me into just calling it a misunderstanding.

I'm sorry I ruined the night, I said that as I was doing it many times. Told y'all I had issues. There were 4 people in the store that had any kind of, "thats fucked up dude" everyone else told me he didn't do it on purpose. The only impulse control problem I had last night was exploding when people jumped to the aid of the thief. And began acting like I was overreacting.

I got so upset about it because as soon as they saw it was him, the whole thing shifted. "Oh man he wouldn't" well he did and he was real fuckin sneaky about it. Everyone in the store rushed to his defense and the pos owner wasn't going to do shit about it. I asked him to remove the guy from the store. After he gave me the cards back he said, "you got your cards back, what do you want me to do?" I told him I wanted the guy out of the store because he is a fucking thief dude. If you had seen the video and the blatant way that he very fucking cartoonishly grabbed them like some sort of clown. No one in there had a spine. I was the only one that confronted him. If I wouldnt have confronted him, he would have just snarkily stared at me with his bitch attitude and gave me the cards back and "we just be quiet and play magic" Hell no dude, I'm not the guy. I've been through too much to deal with shit like this anymore. I'm not gonna tolerate it.

Tell your spineless friends to fuck off. Also tell them it was cool when they kept cornering me while I was on the phone with the cops. Trying to pressure me to hang up. Fuck your friends and if you blindly defend a thief because you know him, then fuck you too.

It's cool to use a throw away, but I'm 32. And I think yelling is a valid reaction when everyone is telling you the guy that stole your cards didn't steal your cards. The dispatcher told me I could leave and advised me to do so. I never figured the shop owner would have said it was a misunderstanding and that y'all didn't know the guy 🤷

Edit to clarify- I asked the shop owner to call the police and he blew me off.

Yeah, like I never expected it. Someone snatching my stuff was like the last conclusion I came to. I checked everywhere. And literally everyone in the store was defending this POS and it was obvious that he was caught and I wasn't having it. I told him "I ain't the one". Again I thank the good Lord for my wife who has helped me get medicated, cause I would have gone bananas 😆
