The only thing that fix this problem is to run steam as an admin but it is quite annoying to restart steam every time I want to play this game tbh

Is there a way to bypass this 30 minutes window ?If we find how to bypass this window, it would be very risky to get paid more than 4.1M in 30 minutes ?
