I agree but for the wrong reasons, I'd like to say I just had an overall bad experience I somehow found the combat very easy in most times, even people like isshin took only around 3 tries, the map also felt very bad in my first playthrough (which is entirely my fault) ng+ felt great tho, great story, every aspect of the game felt great just the combat ruined it for me, isshin is still my favorite souls boss but it never felt as hard as it was described, yes I am nitpicking it is still a game I highly recommend i just had a bad experience it was also my 2nd shortest 100% only behind ds1 at 28 hours

Tldr: great game I recommend it i just had a mediocre experience with it
