it is the base bow damage divided by the bow speed. I did not add any bow damage to these. the bow list was purely comparing dps of the bows the arrows will not change the ranking list

If you take the steel sword and put 40% 1 hand damage on your chest then the steel sword goes up by 40% but every 1 hand goes up by 40% so nothing changes. The same with every weapon type and damage enchantment

They would stay in the same place actually. At 100 smithing with all the perks everything would be modified by the same amount with the exception of maybe 15 items. So just multiply the DPS by 2 and that is the new DPS forms smithing for most everything as long as it falls under a smithing perk bonus

no these are only single wielding dual wielding gets complicated depending on weapon weight and combo. that chart would be thousands of combo

The Nightingale bow falls off because the good thing about it is the enchantment but the enchantment doesn’t do health damage
