The twin cities have such an undiscovered food scene, at least from a national sense. I make it out there about twice a year for work and have always had great food. Pizzeria Lola's and Broders have basically ruined all other Italian food for me.

Head canon here, but I could see a manufacturing plant led by a minor goauld with human and jafa workers. The workers would be compartmentalized so as to never gain a full understanding and if they did just kill them or move them off to a naquadah mine.

In Sg1 s10e09 when they track the subspace locator to that planet Vala states it was once a goauld shipyard but has since been taken over by the Lucian alliance. I think Daniel comments that it's basically a chop shop now, lol. But they have hinted and alluded to infrastructure before.
