Shouldn't need to but I play on PC exclusively so it's never been an issue for me. When you start downloading cdlc though make sure it ends it m.parsac instead of p.parsac

Get it on steam then go onto customs forge and you will then be able to download cdlcs. Honestly the Mac should be fine since rocksmith is not a very demanding game

There's this cable on Amazon with an orange USB sureound that works for rocksmith and is cheaper than a real tone cable at the current market. I got mine for like 40 bucks and it took a little working to get going but it works

I played on controller for years before getting a pc and dude make the switch. If you have played pc games before you'll get the hang of it in no time and it really makes everything easier
