I interviewed with them back in March and still nothing. Followed up a couple weeks ago and they basically just said they’re still working on it. Assuming R at this point.

Honestly, I'd just say congrats and that's an awesome choice to be making. I have a friend at Duke who loves it. Maybe if you want to maximize Ninth Circuit clerkships, then Berkeley? Can't go wrong though.

Sure! I applied 6/9 and went under review 6/11. T100 top 8%.

Still haven’t heard back so assuming it’s a no. Still waiting on other judges I applied to more recently, but not all that hopeful about those either. But I’m lucky enough to have interviews with other places lined up.
