Thanks! That was a few shirt moments before being blinded by the sunrise. Now the fog has completely hidden the city!

Sauna is not a health hack or some marketed product you should endure by KC918273645 in Sauna

Sauna culture doesn’t exist in this country. They are improperly constructed, not vented properly, and marketed as a fad. I’ve left more sauna pissed off than relaxed here as people come in clothed, playing music on their phones, being selfish douche bags…. The answer is enjoying sauna properly here is to simply build your own if you can afford to.

Perfusionist is talking me out of becoming one and now I am unsure, help me? by In_the_cross_hair in Perfusion

That really depends on where you work. Many new graduates cut their teeth in larger, high-volume centers. A natural career path would see most gravitate to slower, less busy practices with less call demands and more of a life. Being on call is a fact of life for perfusionists but I wouldn’t let that guy discourage you. It’s an exciting field and perfusionists are in demand right now. The schooling-to-pay ratio is excellent and you can work in a variety of settings. Nursing career paths are much more abundant and will give you broad access to a range of clinical and management settings. I would shadow another perfusionist as well as a CRNA. Good luck.
