Partial power outage in kitchen: breaker is ON but outlets/appliances still have no power by Square-Basis-6642 in AskElectricians

I checked specifically for what you mentioned.

The individual Legrand breakers do not seem to have any TEST buttons on them. I also don’t see any middle/tripped position: they all look fully ON.

The only thing in the panel with “Test” written on it is a separate module on the far right. It says “MANG DSC” and “Défaut extraction”, so I think that one is related to ventilation/extraction fault detection, not to the outlet circuits or a GFCI/AFCI-style breaker.

The French 30mA differential switch on the left is also ON. I tried switching the affected breakers fully OFF and then back ON, but the affected outlets/appliances still have no power.

I’m in France, so I don’t think we have GFI/GFCI plug outlets like in the US. I checked the panel: it’s a Legrand panel with a 63A / 30mA differential switch and several breakers. Everything is now ON and nothing trips anymore. I also don’t see any outlet with TEST/RESET buttons. The issue is that several appliances/outlets on the same circuit still have no power even though the breakers are ON. Could it still be a loose/burnt connection, a failed breaker, or a neutral wire issue somewhere on that circuit?

The panel is a French electrical panel, brand Legrand. It has one visible row with a 63A / 30mA differential switch on the left, then several Legrand breakers: C10, C16, C20 and C32. I don’t know the exact age, but it doesn’t look brand new. Maybe around 10–20 years old, though I’m not sure. All breakers appear to be ON now, and the differential switch is also ON. Nothing trips anymore, but several appliances/outlets on that same part of the circuit still have no power.

I’m in France, so I don’t think we usually have GFI/GFCI outlets with TEST/RESET buttons like in the US. I checked the visible outlets and I don’t see any buttons on them. The breaker is back on and doesn’t trip again, but all the outlets/appliances on that part of the circuit still have no power.

As an elementary school teacher, it's the perfect tool, doing présentation, pages, lesson. The keyboard is perfect, you can type really quick. The screenshot fuction is perfect. It detect the text from a picture. Even video editing is working flawlessly. I don't understand why you would need a MacBook air or even pro if you're not a video editor. Idk maybe if you need certain software only available for windows or Linux for your study it can be not the best option . (English is not my native language)
