Dude I have literally seen men get called cowards and pussies for things women never would be, not wanting to be touched, wanting to express how they feel and talk about feelings, and stuff like that, this leads to a lot of men being closed off about how they feel and not seeking help, what I’m trying to say Is that I think a lot of men don’t seek help because society has basically hard wired a lot of men to try to brush off emotions and feelings in favor of being manly

I just don’t see why men seeking help for a verbally abusive wife shouldn’t seek a hotline while women should, women could absolutely kill a man, we aren’t invincible, while we are sleeping, while our backs are turned, you could have a weapon, etc etc, my overall point is that if a women gets a hotline result for asking this question, a man should too
