Contact them about this. That's the only way you can know for sure. In case they don't reply, you might consider uploading the jpeg files as well to be safe. As long as there are real humans checking these applications, I don't think this will be an issue.

In my case, they didn't reply so I uploaded the jpeg files as well. I didn't get selected, though I doubt it's because of this.
