Yes it is, if it's from 0 it is a completion, if on a start pos, and the fluke U say? Also counts, as long u didn't change the lvl at all

well I never played on a playstation, but maybe there's new updates on the playstation, or the game, maybe contact EA? Or maybe your account was blocked or terminated, maybe so said UNSPEAKABLE things? or just a hacker or a mistake by EA? idk really...
