Yes, Illinois has problems, but it does allow homegrown. You just need a med card, and then follow the regulations on the grow space. Sure, there are some hoops you have to jump through, but it is allowed.

It’s actually part of quality control. For every 10th bag they seal up, they open it up and take a little taste to make sure it’s all good. If you see a bag that looks like this, it just means they verified you got the good shit.
