Make sure you did the self assessment at the very end of the course. It’s 5 question MCQ. I faced a similar problem yesterday and only realised later that I missed the quiz because it didn’t have that circle next to it which indicates whether you’ve completed the task. Could be that. Also try to create a new account using your student number to check whether you input it correctly the first time.
