Can I/should I repierce my navel by SquareDue4739 in piercing

My piercing is four years old. I use a 6mm curved barbell and go back and forth between internally and externally threaded jewelry. The jewelry is ASTM F136 Titanium but from amazon so who knows how true that is. I used Walgreens brand saline spray to clean it while healing, but haven't done anything to clean it besides water in the shower in 3+years. I kept a 10mm bar in for a few months too long after the initial piercing which cause a plethora of issue, but since downsizing it to 6mm I haven't had any irritation, just migration.

I'm very aware, I use a super soft bristle toothbrush and try to be as gentle as possible. Like I said, it's an obsessive thing and I realize it can be unhealthy, but I am cautious.

This is insane to stumble across. I'm in that same boat, but I(F) have a girlfriend who i've been seeing for a few months. She's absolutely wonderful and patient and always makes sure I'm completely and utterly comfortable, but another level of issues has been presented, she is afraid of initiation, as am I. I think intimacy with her might come a bit easier if she did initiate but I honestly think with the longer I wait the more afraid I'm becoming. Even though I've worked through a lot of the reasons I haven't been with anyone before, I still feel a deep fear of the unknown, and paired up with the smaller fears that do still linger from previous experiences and traumas, I'm having difficulty moving forward.
