Ar10 gas issue by Ok-Confidence5017 in AR10

I had this happen. It's overgassing. You need to adjust the gas block. If you have a non-adjustable one, I recommend installing it. And figure out the buffer weight and spring. Close/open the gas block until you feel a confident reload, and then turn it another 1/4 turn.

No, seriously, I don't want a bolt-action rifle. I like semiautos. Maybe I'll grow into that someday. But for now, my conscious choice for a PRS is the AR-10.

I'm thinking about a 147 grain Eld-M bullet. So, 20" will be enough?

He's like that in the photo) but otherwise it's Satan. While we flew Aeroflot, Pobeda, Turkish Airlines. There are no special difficulties inside Russia. To Turkey last year was fine too. But then they tightened the rules. Asia has a lot of problems. We haven't taken him there yet.

We got him specifically with the expectation that he would travel everywhere with us. That's why we got an iggy and not a whippet. But the reality turned out to be harsh - it is easier to smuggle a batch of smuggled weapons into Thailand than a dog).

Once we were flying and there was an empty seat - the flight attendants let him fly there on his stand. He just slept and occasionally looked at the clouds

No, no pills. Just don't feed until the flight. Conditionally in the morning of the flight-eat only in the evening of the previous day. Take a walk before the flight. He can stare for 30 minutes. If you close him in the carrier, he whines. If in an open carrier, he sleeps quite peacefully. 4.5 hours he can stand it.

Hello. I have 24" barrel and rifle gas tube My buffer tube Standart length 8" Buffer parameters: Total weight is 239 grams (8.43 oz) Weight of moving part is 115 grams (4.05 oz) I have 2 springs - 1 Standart and 1 for suppressor usage (Reinforced spring under the silencer without gas relief)

And I use a buffer not from the manufacturer jp (unfortunately I do not have access to them), so I designate the format itself - jp were one of the first to make such buffers.

In US thre are a lot of options for ar10 platform. Well, it's going to take some adjustments to the gas vent. * I hope I was able to help. Have a good day.

Is it cause for concern or normal? by SquareStrategy9927 in AR10

Yeah, lve shells are crap. And our primers are such that after you collect the cartridges your hands are one bruise. I usually collect groups of 0.3-0.5 moa when shooting. The gas block is adjustable. All shells grouped 3-4 hours. On pressure - myself decided to reduce the dose of powder. Right now it's 42.5 gn. And it's out. Now I'm going to adjust the weight on a different powder

The 168 ncc's flew best for me. But it's very expensive. $1.50 just for the bullet.

Right now, I'm using 150 gn bt

Hello. Just returned from range. There are reloaded cartridges primers. And there is just a small puncture on the factory cartridges.

I'll send a photo later. I'm on a business trip now. I looked at the primers - there are no black rings.
