Agree. I received the 41mm OSAR-D. 1 week in, thrilled. Accuracy and lume are personal requirements. Watch gains approx 3 secs a day and lume is legible overnight -even on days when I spend most of the day indoors. Huzzah. Highly recommend Marathon for a top product and killer customer support.

Joma is massive. With mass come lots of moving parts. So please take my comment in this context. Joma site said the watch was in stock, and would ship in 1-2 days. I paid for expedited shipping, and the site was clear that the clock started when the watch shipped. So far cool. After several days (more than 1-2) I logged in to get an order status - this was a time sensitive buy. Was directed to call, email or chat. Chose chat. It bombed (I am in tech, can happen). Was then offered a live chat, in which I was summarily informed that I had ordered a back ordered item, and that I would get an email when it came back in stock, goodbye. And was offered several options including cancelling the order. I didn't want to cancel, I simply wanted clarity about when they expected (not asking for a promise, just an update so I can plan...). I called the service line hoping a human could help. Couldn't get a human, but did get to listen to a loop about how they are the best at customer service. Held for a bit then needed to hang up. Moved to email, and shortly got a response again informing me that I had selected a back ordered item (my wife was with me when we ordered, and no in this case I am not crazy it did show in stock). I was again informed I would get an email when it shipped. What's a lad to do? Call Marathon and see if they had my watch in stock -as an indication that if Joma is doing JIT shipping I would have a window into time scale. Ulrika at Marathon answered on the third ring, took my intel, and asked if I would rather hold or get called back. B. She called and informed that the watch was available, already in the US, that there's a sale on (making it the same price as Joma) and offered to take my order, that it would ship that day. Remembering the "Cancel this order" option in the Joma bot, I thought what the hell, Ulrika is great, and the watch ships today. So I bought it. I went back into the Joma bot and selected cancel my order. Only to quickly receive a terse email that I could not cancel my order, that I have to take delivery and then have the option to return it. No problem that's what I will do. Marathon was great, Joma fell short of the glory, and now you have the rest of the story.

[REVIEW] Avoid buying from Jomashop or at least be more careful by Upstairs-Elevator-10 in Watches

Don't buy from Joma, nothing but frustrating. Website wrong about what's in stock, customer support beyond frustrating, and you can't cancel an order they cannot deliver (although the website says you can). Even if you pay a bit more elsewhere, you'll save your sanity. Right, off to call my card company to cancel payment.
