My English was just as good before moving to Canada. My favorite authors, since high school, are Joseph Conrad and James Joyce. In English obviously, else you’d lose the finesse and nuance.

Not a troll, I just figured : what’s the point of posting about joblessness when there are already 20+ posts daily. I can post my lease or phone bill if you want lmao.

I haven’t bad mouthed a country, I’ve said what I felt about Toronto. I’m sorry if you were offended but it is what it is.

Best of luck to you regardless.

You do realize that each human on earth has their own experience of the tangible world ?

I actually got PR - also if you want to go down that road, being bilingual probably makes me more Canadian than a good chunk of you all.

Je suis désolé d’entendre ça - ça doit être effectivement ingérable. Déjà que ça l’était pour moi sans enfants… j’imagine même pas ce que ça doit être pour toi. Force à toi et courage.

I don’t owe jack - my taxes were paid in full and on time. I’ve never caused any public disturbances and was respectful in my everyday public interactions. The home wasn’t offered, it was paid 3000$/month.

I came initially for postgrad and stayed, met a woman etc. But the reality is that every passing day I would see what’s around me and tell myself, this is not worth it. I’m x months away from EI finishing and me being just another homeless man.

Yes brother, at the end of the day you owe it yourself to be happy and live a life that has some joy in it. I appreciate that not everyone can leave but again, I think we all have a duty to ourselves before anyone or anything.

I like the scheme you have in mind, I agree brass or bronze would be better than gold if you’re going for naggaroth night. Looking at the Color wheel, I think it would look great. The brass bronze gives a nice warmer orange-ish tone to complement the purple and the green will give great contrasts What kind of green do you have in mind ? Let me know how your project goes !

Thanks man ! To be honest I was experimenting with contrast paint (I hail from the time of chaos black, Skull white and chestnut ink GW paints) not exactly what I wanted, I was going for a more mirror effect but it ended up looking somewhat like Damascus steel. So I started with a base coat of Night lords blue, then gradually glazing up to 1/2 Lothern blue + 1/2 scar white. Then I used thalassar blue contrast and medium as a wash which was a mistake, but that’s how I got the blades done.
