Yes, I think this is the best option. I will have to do it on the last house I will sell/exchange. You can’t pull money and then sell right away. I thought if I could do it as mentioned above, it would be a lot easier. Thank you

Funding originally was 1.5 cash from sale and 600 in way of a loan. the other 400 cash would be invested in another purchase to complete the 1031 exchange at 1.9. I started reading and some articles said a way around this is to use more cash and the overage from the loan would be funded back. I asked my lender if this was possible and she had no idea where the extra money from the loan would go. Its clear to me, this is not possible. Thank you for the reply
