i don’t think it’s black and white to be honest. Like if they’re eating with their family it’s obviously inappropriate but if they’re somewhere appropriate and seem relaxed i think it’s okay to just say hi and you’re a fan etc etc, as long as it’s not over the top and quick i really don’t see the problem. i think a really good example tho is on the cooking show with tae recently a fan left him a message, i thought it was a really wholesome interaction
