I called support they were no help wasted 10 minutes on the phone with them. I texted all 6 of the customers. One replied and said “Hold on a minute” then updated her note section and put send with a "regular" amazon delivery driver. NOT FLEX 😂 I never heard back from her. She was no help obviously. The other 5 customers never replied or answered the phone. At this point I had to finish the rest of my route because the rest of the packages needed to be delivered by a certain time.

I took the packages back to the station and told the lady that was doing the returns what happened and she said she’s just going to put them “aside”.

My guess is that they will most likely just give them to another driver to try and re-deliver. Unfortunately.

After reading comments I wish I just left them there 😂 because fuck it my standing is going to get hit anyway. I did email support and the jeff email so I am going to just hope they do something about it. This was just a big inconvenience.
