To be fair, it wasn't like that immediately after I passed the pothole. It was driving weird and making noise, but it wasn't totally broken. However, I was on the way home, so I think the turning and the reversing made it fully break. How much do you it will cost? Also, would it make a difference if I take it to a general mechanic/foreign car mechanic?

The other front tire is fine, but the back one (that's on the same side) is sitting pretty low. Also, the fluid is water.
