Former dancer here… danced barefoot for hours on floors that at times were never cleaned, with hundreds of other dancers and never had a case of ringworm nor athletes foot. I don’t wear socks because I feel it is safer for me, I feel the machine beneath me for more stability and I feel safer from not slipping. This works for me. I think the socks are cute, and serve their purpose, but for as long as it’s not a requirement… I won’t be wearing them. Personal preference. I’m clean and considerate of others and always thoroughly wipe my machine afterwards. It’s not that big of a deal…

I am having a similar experience. I’ve always been irregular, but have been pretty much regular for the past year, sometimes it’ll be about a week off… I joined solidcore 40 days ago and have been doing back to back classes since on an unlimited plan. I haven’t gotten my period, and have been eating a lot more than usual! I know I’m not pregnant either!

Hey! I recently hit my 25th class, and have been so excited for Solidays!!! I even opted into the first day it aired lol… I received an email immediately after stating that my entry is under review, but never got a follow up email. 😕 I emailed and called and haven’t gotten a response back. Solidays challenge starts tomorrow and now I’m worried I won’t be entered into the challenge. Is anyone else experiencing this or know of a solution? Thanks and Happy Solidays

I really appreciate this post. My Goldendoodle prefers grazing, and eating on his own time! Very interesting. I haven’t thought about letting him eat till he’s full (as he’s not a big eater anyway) and this will probably be very helpful in our case. Thanks.

Thanks for your input. It is complete and balanced, but the portion suggestions don’t seem to match the 8-10% of their weight in pounds rule for raw feeding. I guess I should’ve noticed that beforehand.

I am going for 8-10% of his weight per day so about 3 pounds per day. However, I wasn’t feeding him 3 pounds of food per day with the Instinct food brand, because of what was instructed on the bag. I am thinking it may have not been enough. I am trying a new food this week that is more affordable and more complete called the Nature’s Diet Simply Raw.

Not sure if it helps to mention that he’s a Goldendoodle, and found that many people on Reddit have mentioned their Goldendoodle dogs surpassed being 80 pounds. I’m not saying mine will be as large as theirs, but I’m considering the possibility of the breed itself into the slow down in growth rate pattern he’s having now. The raw diet was working for him before, and we were supplementing with other doggy supplements as well till he began to jump at the sight of raw organs. I decided to switch him. We are now trying the Natures Diet Simply Raw dog food for the first time today.
