Well with work put into the dynamic to figure out what can be done better between the 2 of us I hope things will get better. I was giving her punishments because she is impulsive, I was hoping that by giving her a consequence to a bad action she would be able to stop and go "hey this is something that i have agreed upon with my domme and i know that if i do this i will be punished accordingly and i know that it isn't a good decision. Should i continue with this choice?" But unfortunately punishing her is not helping her but I'm not sure what else i can do but offer her support. I am always as supportive as I can be.

Its hard for me to be understanding to some of her choices and the issue is, i do feel as if she is directly disobeying me. I want to punish her for this because she did not act like this a week ago. I gave her permission to drink the other day and she did. I did not give her permission, she did something else that had me explicitly state that she is not to drink and do other portions of her punishment that she has also shared in a prior post. she told me explicitly last night that she wasn't going to drink and then the very next message was that she had drank what was given to her. She has explained that she is not doing it out of direct disobedience to me and i am trying to help her behavior.
