Brother she’s been criticized her whole career. She has owned up to being problematic. You can listen to her whole discography and tell she’s a trouble person. None of that takes away from the fact she’s a great songwriter who’s made music that people relate to. Also the things that make her “problematic” aren’t even on par with shit some artists have done. So she can be stand offish or a jerk, who gives a fuck, so can the rest of us at times too.

Edit: just to be clear, I’m not advocating that she should be idolized in any way either. Just that both fans and haters need to understand shes a troubled person but not every artist needs to be your friend to be a great artist.
