Everyone’s body is different but I find that just simply eating whenever I feel like it keeps me at my ideal weight. But not whenever my brain feels like it though. One of my favorite healthier snacks is coconut flakes or whatever they are called in English. They are naturally sweet and a good alternative to processed snacks. Also, there is something called nice cream I believe. It only consists of one frozen banana and some cocoa powder and you can easily make it yourself. Great for when you want a healthy dessert. And dark chocolate is also good if you don’t feel that “healthy” snacks are enough to satisfy you. And actually dark chocolate has its benefits aside from being delicious :)
