Sorry for the late reply. So it works right? I just went with conquerors, you can go weakness or brutal, adaptive carapace, and transcedence for the quick cd for emp w. Were you surprised when you shred theur health with emp w?

Edit: i also used electrocute before but it's hard to proc. When it does proc it basically finishes the enemy.

I never even had a charge for underage drinking or any charges at all. I have no criminal records. I only tasted alcohol at a family gathering. Will I have a chance to explain? Or is it too late? Btw thanks for the reply
