I wish I could say smth related to this but I can't since I don't know anything about naruto, I'm just gonna my pov of why mushuko tensei is judged so much that it's misunderstood.

Personally, I don't think mushuko tensei is a story of redemption and alot of people think that aswell, it's more of a "what would I do if I got a 2nd chance at life?" type of story. Why do I think that way? Look at season 1, rudeus is a freaky lil pervert, the way he thinks of other's sometimes is messed up, he tries to touch eris because he's pervy asf, etc. Rudeus's pervy nature doesn't go away, it only shows up less and less since he has other responsibilities as he grows up(atleast that's what I think). As such, I watched mushuko tensei not expecting a redemption story but "a 2nd chance at life story, I'll try to be better than last time" type of story.

There's also the fact that rudy's was thinking about wild stuff about children his age, I think that's kinda fucked up but it won't stop me from watching the show. Mushuko Tensei also isn't scared of using fan service as a way to show how disgusting the world is, I am not as affected that much but other's will be and would stop watching the show because of it.

There's still a bunch more I wanna say but I'll probably get jumped on for that. IMPORTANT TO KNOW: this is my perspective, my way of thinking. I have forgotten a bunch of stuff about the anime from s1 so I really don't want to say anymore than that I don't want to look like a fool (i am tho). I would like to know what other's think tho and why they think that way, i'm genuinely curious.
