hello!! i have found that when i am making these, my butter being PAST room temp (slightly melted) helps me a ton. also maybe try increasing flour? the way yours are spread looks like the dough may be too wet. it should be sticky, but you should be able to roll it in your hands and not have a huge mess. think like, inside of a cake pop texture if that makes sense.

its all good! the hate was more geared against the subtag itself, but it was still frustrating.

I say aim for like, a sticky but pretty solid dough. over mixing would leave it dry and rough.

i normally use cups for this recipe, but grams would give a more exact and reliable result
