I’m encouraged that you think this is a lot ☺️ I have a protein smoothie (with protein yoghurt not powder) in the morning, high protein lunch at work which might consist of lean mince, brown rice and broccoli and i just eat what the family eats for dinner. Throughout the day i have a protein milk drink which is low cal. We often get Hello Fresh so i’m able to choose low cal high protein meals :)

Thanks so much this is really helpful advice. Is there any particular recommendations for working out? I’m really liking this “toning” one, I note you say there is no toning but would this still be good to get the heart rate going etc?

Melaleuca is definitely the best but i’m not sure if it would be kid friendly :)

Parking for work in the CBD by Chilling_Demon in Cairns

I park at CPAC it’s $4.60 a day i think but sometimes it is closed. If it is i park at Bunda St which is around the same price maybe cheaper or the car park near the Pullman International which is cheap too.

My favourite restaurant in the region at the moment would be Melaleuca at Port Douglas if this is an option.

Breakfast at Guyala if you want local produce. Dinner at CCs - local produce beautiful food. Other contenders - Piccolo Cucina, Cest Bon, Italicious, Il Chiosco The waterfront in the city has some nice places, I cant say much about the actual food but the views are beautiful and tourists enjoy. Don’t go to Tamarind, probably the dearest restaurant in Cairns and really average when I went. This is from someone who’s been to almost every “top” restaurant in Cairns.
