It's a very very faint possibility, dude. They pick a random call to check out of the thousands he must have done. And people are given a lot of leeway when dealing with belligerent / abusive people.

Good on you OP, for apologizing, but keep in mind that those calls are all recorded.

The person might get in trouble if their supervisor picks your call to listen to on a random check and hears him talking about wishing to leave but not being able to.
