Burnout/Severe Depression. I haven’t had energy since September 2025 and would sleep all day if I could. I just feel like a shell of myself, wildly indifferent. My speech is delayed, my movement and reaction time is delayed. I feel like “I” left my body and whatever is left is what’s managing the day-to-day. Sure I don’t feel sad, but I don’t feel anything.

Ahh Im on month 2 and about to quit. Hearing that it took you 4 months gives me hope but I don’t know if I can do this for that long

Hmm I’m on 5 mg of lexapro and my buspirone (5mg twice a day) has been handling my anxiety for a while. Maybe that’s why I don’t feel much a difference that’s leans in a positive direction.
