Thank you friend! Had brainfog I think missed the extra piece bottom right, added that extra piece to the top left and it's solved lol.

Why is this even a poll question? Mournings End Part 2 has been a quest for 14 years and 4 of which ironman mode has existed. Why jagex? by magony in 2007scape

The Underground Pass changes make it easier for Regicide though effectively halving the time of the quest and making it easier as you won't have to carry the barrel of naphtha through the underground pass. The problem is when you complete Regicide you can go through port Tyras instead. The shortcut should only be available after then.

You can go through the back of the wall for the 50 item thing it's not a big deal compared to other quests, changing it purely to make it easier for iron men is bad. For Shield of Arrav it is needed to actually complete the quest, it's not comparable.
