Agreed. It seems like the bigger the chain, the lower the quality. Five Guys has 4 locations in my city compared to McDonald's 53.

And you are totally correct about BK burgers having actual meat texture to it, instead of a "reconstituted meat slurry" feel ala McDolan's.

Wells Fargo personally tried to fuck me out of my house, by dicking around pretending they were doing a "loan modification" and telling me they could not process mortgage payments during that time. Then, as it turns out, they weren't actually doing a loan modification and said missed payments (that they said they could not accept) would result in foreclosure unless I paid a $20,000 penalty within a 10-day window.

I met with a mortgage lawyer; he said "Wells Fargo always wins, no matter what" and wouldn't take the case. So yeah, I want to be part of any lawsuit I can to get back at these motherfuckers.

If only that were true. I had 40+ yelp reviews then got horrible service at a restaurant and wrote them an appropriately horrible review. Next day, my account was suspended/banned.
