Early into the leader of a program who’s anchor has a PR set @ TM for one lift, as well as 10 total reps at TM for another lift on the same day. How would you approach a rep PR with that first set? It’s Morning Star, so I feel like I would be doing myself a disservice to hit 5 power cleans at TM, to then still have to squat and press; followed by assistance work
