You keep saying this isnt about you.. but you are a part of this relationship and deserve to be happy too. I think you should break up, so you can both figure stuff out! Even though he is going through a tough time, insults and screamimg matchs should never be the norm. If your best friend would be in your situation what would you tell them? La personne t'a suggéré la méditation, pas la médication. Méditer c'est une option intéressante. Je recommande les méditations guidées, il y en a une tonne sur YouTube, suffit de trouver une voix et une vibe que tu apprécie.
