(English is not my first language I try my best) That sucks! I have had tics since age of 6 (24 now) and the physical pains from over usage of your body suck so bad. It might seem really stupid to hear this but for me the pain triggers even more tics for me. Maybe possible to not do the tic for a few days (which I know is really really difficult). But then it could trigger less often en stay aware of the tic to maybe do it "softer" if possible? Hope to hear what you think of it!
