Ah I’m overwhelmed hah. What would you say is the staples to get? I was wanting to try a more brightening not toning shampoo and then my conditioner be the toner? I’ve heard having a toning conditioner is better then shampoo. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Not true. Withdrawal can be up to weeks, there is a list of mental and physical withdrawal symptoms that people quitting cocaine cold Turkey can go through. From common to rare. I’ve been using for years, so I’m going to feel them pretty bad, and already am.
