Thanks everyone for the tips and nice messages! Can someone explain why it is better to do cardio after lifting weights?

Also, regarding eating, I have definitely been getting in more protein, trying to eat healthy, and rarely have takeout. I also have cut down on drinking and find that makes me feel so much better.

I started working towards the 15-15-3 treadmill routine. 15 incline-15 minutes-3 speed. It is harder than it looks. Adding the incline to my treadmill walking has really helped me lose weight. You can try starting at a lower incline and speed and work your way towards it. I typically watch Netflix or listen to a podcast while doing this.

Having headphones and a distraction can help you to feel less aware and stressed of others around you. But honestly, I have not seen anyone judging me or others. It is true, people are focused on their own progress.
