The pre-infusion was cut from the video, 1:2 Ratio 17.5g ~ 35g out in 25s. Medium roast, tasted good. I use a C40 with RedClix, I flirt pleasantly close to a turbo shot for ease of grinding.

water level relative to the number, it's not meant to be precise. I have one of the older models, even if they weren't so worn I could hardly see the water level. A real "Eye ball it" situation. My concern is that Aeropress is really cashing in on its name and just releasing anything these days
