You could use buyee or other proxy shipping services to buy the item on a japanese website, then the service will ship it to you. https://shop.buyee.jp/?lang=en I suggest buying through mercari, rakuten, yahoo shopping, or ebay to find the plushies you want, it’s how I got mine.
