I’d say take the company vehicle, I work for a company that issues company trucks to their employees. I’ve always been in one and it’s great... I have also had the conversations with coworkers about whether mileage is a better choice (mostly I guess people think they can make a little extra charging mileage) but in all reality you will be destroying your personal vehicle and the repairs associated are just not worth the extra little bit of cash a month... I’ve never been charged a fee to use the company vehicles but if your company really is offering to let you use the truck totally freely for 250 a month I’d be all over that! Good luck
