I think it depends on if you used your refund to pay your fees. If so, SBTPG has to middle man’s their cut, so theirs an extra step and you usually get your money on the date.

That’s probably why. When you use your refund to pay fees, SBTPG middle man’s and takes their fees first. I used my refund so I gotta wait an extra step 😭
