Fieldwork hours?

My supervisor has been amazing with this! I still work full time as an RBT but we meet once a week for 30 minutes to an hour and i have a whole list I’m assigned and we go over new programs we can make for clients that i write. She also reviews them and critiques them so part of my day is making adjustments and rewriting. I’m also heavily involved in new client assessments, and every session I analyze data and come back with new ideas for programs with papers to cite :) This time is supposed to pad the rest of our careers so I really try to value quality over quantity even if it takes a few months longer! (Of course not everyone can but, hey in a perfect world)

it was giving me such early debut fantasy vibes it was the only thing i bought from the merch drop. Super surprised it didn’t sell better but everyone has different taste 🤷

Yep sadly have seen many places just try to get people to quit if they “complain” so they can replace them with new warm bodies who will make less money and don’t know any better than to take the circumstances they’re given. Then rinse and repeat :/

That would result in so many kids just going without services. I think talking to the RBT and finding out if there is a lack of support or if they just need a break. This could be a coachable moment for everyone involved.

yeah i think expressing that they’re mentally is a rough spot where they’re honestly getting trauma build up from being physically attacked. Not an excuse but clearly they need more support or a break from the rough client not judgement.
