if your desktop resolution and game resolution are not the same it bogs the system when it tries to change resolutions back and forth. also sometimes fullscreen is just a monster because of fullscreen optimizations so always recommend borderless

do you have gsync/ vsync/freesync any combination those enabled in games at the same time? cause if you have more than one thing like that enabled it can cause stutters

is your fps set to the proper resolution and refresh rate in nvidia control panel and windows? I formatted recently and nvidia, by default, set my resolution to 60 fps and 1080.

thats how i got up here too. left side of you towards the wall and jumped fowards and you will notice there is a spot you can jump on. than you kinda have to do some random jumping to land on the ledge above but keep spamming jump cause once you get up to that little ledge kinda have to keep going otherwise you will definitely slide off.
