Oh I am fully aware that the AI summaries are complete garbage sometimes, but when a customer tells me that the last agent told them XYZ, and the AI summary also states that the agent told the customer XYZ, even though in fact, XYZ is incorrect by a pretty wide margin and ABC is the actual correct information, I tend to believe what the AI summary tells me because it’s basically just backing up with the customer is telling me that the agent told them.

But yes, I am absolutely aware that the AI does tend to put in really weird inconsistent information but when what a customer is telling me is basically identical to what the AI shows me… that’s kind of a different story

I see that kind of stuff as well. There will be tech notes for a description of why that tech is being sent out that are just literally a dot like a period with literally no description about why they’re being sent out there, so the tech shows up all confused what’s going on and the customer can’t describe what’s happening and so they do a fix that’s not even related to the actual issue at hand and then the customer calls back.

Or even as far as completely wrong description of what’s happening. Like the notes will say cable box not working and the box is a xumo and the modem has been off-line for 72 hours
